老年住院患者营养筛查与评估研究进展Research progress on nutrition screening and evaluation in elderly inpatients

摘要(Abstract):
营养是连接健康与疾病桥梁上的重要砝码。我国老年住院患者数量多且营养不良发生率高,营养不良可多方面影响其健康与临床预后,然而对患者进行营养评价的金标准尚不明确,营养筛查率低。面对我国老年人口不断增多、慢性病发病率不断增高的现状,亟需把握老年人口健康素养、患病情况及患病人群的营养现状。本文对老年患者营养现状、高发慢性病营养评价方法的应用研究进行综述。
