摘要(Abstract)：

宫颈癌与人乳头瘤病毒（human papillomavirus,HPV）感染密切相关，阻断HPV感染是预防宫颈癌及相关疾病的关键。HPV疫苗的推广使用，有效降低了宫颈癌及相关疾病的发生率。本文系统梳理了国内外有关HPV疫苗的接种意愿及影响因素，为提高HPV疫苗的接种率，预防宫颈癌及相关疾病提供参考。
