MMP-2在宫颈癌肿瘤细胞和组织类型及淋巴结转移中表达意义的Meta分析The significance of expression difference of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in cervical cancerous cells, pathological subtypes, lymphatic metastasis: a meta-analysis

摘要(Abstract):
目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在宫颈癌变、组织分型、淋巴结转移中的表达差异,进一步探讨其临床生物学意义。方法 检索PubMed、Embase、Cochran library外文数据库及中国知网、万方、维普中文数据库,纳入有关探讨MMP-2在宫颈癌中表达情况的病例对照研究,对符合标准的文献提取相关效应指标,应用Stata 14.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入17篇文献,Meta分析结果显示MMP-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达较正常宫颈组织高(OR=9.30,95%CI:6.86~12.62,P<0.001;I~2=38.60%);在宫颈癌合并淋巴结转移组织中的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移者(OR=3.85,95%CI:2.50~5.92,P<0.001;I~2=10.50%),而在不同宫颈癌组织学分型中表达无差异(OR=0.60,95%CI:0.29~1.25,P=0.171;I~2=0.00%)。结论 MMP-2是宫颈癌中一种有价值的生物标志物,其表达与宫颈癌进展与转移密切相关,可作为判断宫颈癌早期转移的可靠指标。
