摘要(Abstract)：

目的 了解男男性工作者（MSW）基于社交网络寻找性伴方式的特征及其相关因素，为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法 于2014年12月至2015年6月在天津市采用方便抽样法抽取目标人群，进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果 纳入研究的MSW有265人，33人（12.45%）HIV阳性，42人（15.85%）有性病史。141人（53.21%）通过社交网络寻找性伴。使用社交网络寻找性伴的MSW更倾向于是本地人、月收入较高、兼职从事性工作、有高危性行为（如更多的肛交次数）及有性病史（P<0.05）。结论 本地人、月收入较高、兼职从事性工作、有高危性行为及有性病史的MSW更倾向于通过网络途径寻找性伴，应特别注意对该人群的有针对性的预防干预策略与措施的实施。
