微量元素铜对人体健康的影响Effects of trace element copper on human health

摘要(Abstract):
铜是自然界中天然存在的一种元素,主要通过食物和饮水进入人体,对人体健康具有双重作用。作为人体必需的微量元素之一,铜在人体内参与多项生理功能,铜缺乏可引起贫血等多种症状;铜过量可引起急、慢性中毒,严重者可致死亡。本文主要对铜的来源、生理功能、吸收代谢、缺乏和过量的健康危害、推荐摄入量等方面的研究进展进行综述。
