摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解郑州市中学生吸烟行为及其影响因素,为降低中学生吸烟率提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,对郑州市4所初中6所高中共计1 987名学生基本情况及吸烟行为进行调查,对尝试吸烟影响因素采用非条件logistics回归进行分析。结果有26.4%的学生尝试过吸烟;有15.8%学生抽完1整支烟,抽烟原因中,第1位为好奇,其次为心情不好;尝试吸烟的危险因素为近7d内当面吸烟天数和年级。结论郑州市中学生尝试吸烟比例较高,应通过学校、家庭、社会等方面进行努力,降低中学生吸烟率。
